Tenants frequently request permission to make alterations (or physical improvements) to their premises. Because such changes generally add to the building’s appearance, we are happy to do our best to accommodate these requests. However, there are certain rules that are in place to regulate such work and must be followed for the protection of all parties.
Construction of any kind can only be conducted in the building if the work is approved and conducted by Building Management. All project requests must be submitted to the Property Manager in writing. Upon Landlord approval, and mutual agreement of payment terms, a pre-qualified contractor will be selected by Management to complete the work. All scheduling will then be coordinated through the on-site engineer.
Leasing requests should also be submitted in writing to the Property Manager. We are always more than happy to talk with you about your needs for additional space or desire to lengthen your lease term in the building!
